What credits card do you take?
We use Pay Pal. It’s easy and secure and you don’t have to give us your credit card information.
How long before you ship the order?
Orders ship within 2 - 5 days.
How do you ship and what are the shipping rates?
Shipping to US:
In US we use UPS Standard ground service. Delivery: 3 – 7 days
For shipping to Alaska & Hawaii add $15.

In Canada we ship with Canada Post – standard or XPRESSPOST that allows you to track your package online at www.canadapost.ca or over the phone at 1-866-607-6301.

RETURN POLICY
Can I return or exchange the product?
Yes you can. However be aware of some guidelines:
- We must have you mail back any returns within 30 days of your order arrival.
- For return of product 10 pieces or more, a 15% re-stocking fee will apply.
- In your return package please include a copy off your receipt.

Is your product really all natural?
Yes, our product contains all natural or naturally derived ingredients. We use only gentle coconut derived cleansing ingredients, natural preservatives, botanicals, essential oils and minerals. All our products are biodegradable and include no synthetic ingredients, no petrochemicals, no silicones, parabens or other toxins. All our ingredients are disclosed on our product labels and online. You can feel and smell the nature in our products.

Are your products tested on animals?
Absolutely NOT. We test our products on humans. All our ingredients are human grade. When it passes our “shower test”, the product is tried on a horse. We shouldn’t think that horses are any less sensitive than us. Plus when you groom, you are in fact using the product either.
Are your products concentrated?
Every drop of our products is packed with finest all natural human grade ingredients and because of that, you’ll be using much less.
Are your products scented?
Yes they are –naturally. With Essential oil of Sweet Orange, Lavender or a little bit of Tee Tree these ingredients/scents are selected for their conditioning, healing and bugs don’t dig them.
How about packaging you use? Is it green as well?
All our bottles are made with 100% recycled plastic and is 100% recyclable. We also re-use shipping boxes.
